Live Watercolor Portraits

Picture It Now...

Your guests get a polaroid picture taken as they arrive to your event.  They enjoy the event - dance, eat, participate in some shenanigans, maybe even make bouquets with our Flower Bar!  And when they go to leave, they grab their special, keepsake parting gift - a hand-painted watercolor portrait and the polaroid picture from the beginning of the day/night! (Or maybe you keep the polaroid to create a scrapbook of the event.)

When you book a Live Watercolor Session, you'll get live painting for 4 hours and all of the materials needed to capture your guests and create pieces of art for them to take home.

Traditional Package

(Great for weddings!)

4 hours of painting (ex: 1 hour cocktail, 3 hour reception)

  • Starts at $1400 for 75 guests - half portrait paintings

  • Starts at $1800 for 100 guests - half portrait paintings

  • Starts at $2200 for 150 guests - half portrait paintings 

Smaller Events

4 hours of painting (ex: 1 hour cocktail, 3 hour reception)

  • Smaller events (up to 50 guests)

  • Includes 2 hours of painting (can add add'l. hours)

  • Starts at $650 for 30 guests - half portraits

Add-Ons

  • Full Portraits

  • Additional Hour(s) at event

  • Painting of Guest of Honor(s), Ceremony, Specifc Moment, etc.

  • Custom Stamps

Post-Event Portraits

  • Due to the number of guests, sometimes portraits may have to be completed post-event.​

  • *This is will be discussed beforehand and included in the quote prior to booking.

Travel Fees

Travel Fees will be calculated at booking and will depend on the location of your event.  Travel mileage to the following counties is included: Mercer, Bucks, Burlington (west of Pemberton/Tabernacle)

  • ​These will include additional travel miles outside of counties listed above.

  • Tolls

  • Accommodations/hotel 

  • Flights (round-trip)

Book us for a watercolor painting workshop - Think paint & sip meets watercolor.

We'll bring all of the supplies and walk your guests through painting a beautiful watercolor work of art. Each guest will be able to take home their own painting.

No previous painting experience required :).
